One particular staff member, Ale, even came in early to facilitate an early breakfast for us. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the overall experience at the hotel was one to remember.

While the staff were eager to be helpful, at times they pointed out unnecessary things like the location of the toilet, which prolonged the introductions. However, this was a very minor issue and did not significantly impact our stay.

The staff at this boutique hotel were extremely helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located near the cathedral, shops, bars, and restaurants. The room we stayed in, the princess suite, was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a well-stocked bathroom. The small extra touches, like the dental kit and local perfume, added a special touch to our stay. We especially appreciated the 24-hour staff who accommodated us by reopening the rooftop bar and serving us drinks even though it was technically closed. Additionally, we were able to check out late, which was invaluable to us as our flight was late in the evening. we felt we got great value for the price we paid and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The rooftop view was spectacular, with a great view of the cathedral and Palma rooftops. The hospitality was unmatched, with polite and quick service. The inspirational artwork and decor sprinkled throughout each floor added a unique touch to the hotel. It's a true gem in the heart of the city.
